We went there for Christmas Eve dinner. Half the buffet trays were empty when we went up there. The other half were cold. The crab salad had shells in it. We were so disappointed I can't believe they were serving food like that for it to be so expensive and include A 20% Gratuity on top of it and and a $35 Valet fee a fee which was also higher than normal. We had eaten there twice before the 1st time it was fabulous the 2nd time it was pretty lackluster but I thought surely with it being such a Special night they would do their very best to make sure the food was excellent. Shame on you Blue Ridge shame on you Grove park Inn. You ruined what should have been a very special occasion....***After posting this review I received a call from Michael. The manager at Blue Ridge. He apologized for everything was very nice and wanted to make amends. After we talked he gave me a refund and assured me that he would look into everything that happened and do his best to make sure it doesn't happen again. To anyone. Very stand up thing to do guys. I will give them another shot in the future. Thanks Michael.
