Food is good, the price is a little bit above what would be ideal.

Burger had good flavor, you can tell the patties are hand made and made with love. Also got the green chile cheese fries they were ok i would have like the fries to be a little crispy and green chile to have a little bit of heat behind. Overall food was delicious and will visit again

I so want to like Blue Sky, because it does enjoy a certain following. In fact, I've given it three chances, desperately hoping it would be better the next time. Sadly, it was not. The burgers are greasy, greasy, greasy (which is different than wonderfully juicy) and even the burger buns are greasy and soggy. Ugh!! I love onion rings, so tried them on two separate occasions. But they, too, are consistently a greasy, wet, sloppy, mess. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend Blue Sky to anyone, ever. Sorry.
