How do you run a business and say open at six and never open buy 7 every day time for new manager who can open the place on time will not be back

Never know when they will be open!! My sister drove from Noblesville to meet the parents also from out of town and the restaurant was closed at dinner time. We have come twice for dinner and it was closed! The food is just ok. The Breakfast menu is better. The staff is usually friendly but don’t get them ion a bad day...!
