I had heard good things about Bluebird Ice Cream and was glad to finally visit. This was during Covid and they were doing a good job following protocols. They had a selection of about ten ice creams. I chose the salted caramel in a cup. The ice cream lived up to its reputation. It is nice and creamy and this one was the perfect mix of sweet and salty. Someone I was with had the cocoanut mint chip and did not seem to like it quite as much, but still enjoyed it. I will definitely be b...
