I think a lot of people assume that Disneyland is super expensive, especially when it comes to food. While there are definitely some finer dining options at the parks and resorts, there are also affordable options. Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta has become one of my favorite "cheap" options. The name is self-explanatory - they have pizza and pasta but they also have entree salads, side dishes, and desserts too. There are about 3 options in each of the major categories (pizza, pasta, salad), which, in my opinion, is a good thing. Sometimes I don't want to look through a big menu and I want to decide quickly. I haven't tried everything here but the food I have tried has been delicious. The castmembers provide great service and even some of the food, specifically the pasta and salad, are made fresh and as always, can be customized to fit your dietary needs or preferences. The only downside is that there is no indoor seating when it comes to dining. If it rains or it's too cold, both of which is a rarity in Southern California, you'll have to tough it outside in the outdoor dining area. But all in all, if you're ever in California Adventure and want an affordable place to grab lunch or dinner, this is it.
