Bob & Edith's Diner is, aesthetically, everything I was hoping to find while on vacation. One of my joys while road tripping is finding cute, older diners with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My August 16th visit to Bob & Edith's was perfect; my mom, sister, and I chose the stool seating which was conveniently overlooking the kitchen area. I must say, usually, my mom is very picky. However, after watching the cook prepare each meal, my picky mother fell in love with the food. This diner uses mostly fresh ingredients and almost everything is made to order. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. I wasn't feeling very well so I ordered chicken noodle soup and, as expected, it was canned soup. No minus points for that; I don't expect a diner to make fresh soup daily. Our server on August 16th was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Every server that worked that morning seemed to have great customer service. I wish I could give this diner 5 stars; ho...
