I placed an online order. Pick up area packed when I arrived. I waited over 30 minutes and the girl working desk answered questions for uber drivers and took care of person behind me and ignored my requests.. One person waited over one and a half hours for her food and had been waiting when I left. No food. No refund. The other man working pick up was rude to many. I am appalled at Bon Evans and the worker behaviors. Dining room empty phone ringing off hook. I would have selected zero if it had been an option. This location should be ashamed. I work in customer service and this is unacceptable.

Food was cold and some was undercooked as well. Waited roughly 30-40 minutes for food. I would have sent it back but I was so hungry I ate it anyways. Worst Bob Evans experience ever.
