I ordered the Sunshine Skillet over the phone and she asked me what kind of bread I wanted. When I asked what my opinions were, she gave me an attitude. When I went to pick up my curbside order, I called and they told me I had to come in to pick it up. What's the point of curbside? Then the potatoes in my skillet tasted old and overcooked in old grease.

You responded to my first review one week ago and asked me to follow up..and I did...and the you never followed up!! So here it is again: Dear Bob Evans, tonight we ordered $50 for three meals. Pickup time was to be 6:03 p.m. After waiting until 7:15, we finally got our meals and came home. That is when we discovered that one half of one meal was missing...the easiest part (pancakes). Really, Bob Evans??!! When I called at 7:55 about this, I was put on hold. When someone picked up, they then hung up on me. I guess it was too close to 8 p.m. to worry about customers. I will not be visiting Bob Evans again unless I receive a full refund. I would like my money back. I can write this review every single week, until I hear from you with some resolution.
