This small shop packs a big punch of delicious homie food. We got here around 7:30PM on a Thursday and it was packed. It was only about a 15 minute wait before they called my name from the wait list. During that time I was entertained by the noodle maker as he was rolling out dough from thank you bags and generously applying flour so the noodles would stick.
