Placed an order on Bojangles.com to this location because it’s the closest to me. After paying for my order I was prompted to pick it up either by going through the drive thru or going in & that it would be ready at 5:55. Arrived around 5:50. The doors were locked so went to the drive thru and was told by the manager, Candice, that they were closed. We explained that we had placed & paid the order on line. She told us there wasn’t anything she could do and that I would have to go back online & request a refund. We then ask for a contact number for Corporate or area Manager and was told she had no numbers. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online or in person for this location. Very rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional management.
