Long drive through line.... Only 3 people working. They were making it work one order at a time. Cook. Manager taking oder, Another filling drinks & bags! Great job BO TEAM!!

Worst Bojangles in the entire country based on my experiences. Unpredictable hours and extremely rude customer service. I've given this location two chances and on both occasions I had horrendous experiences. The lady working in the drive through on two separate occasions more or less acted as if she were about to snap at any given moment and seemed as if your patronage was an inconvenience for her. The food was incomplete on both occasions. Both times the drive thru was not busy but took nearly 15 minutes to get through and back...
