Almost two years into the pandemic and they still don't have the dinning area open. I think this is the only place in knoxville that is still doing this.

It's absolutely insane how bad this Bojangles is. They can never get your order right! They will always mess something up. Even something as simple as a Supreme meal, they will give you the wrong thing. Bojangles is delicious when they do it right! This is absolutely unacceptable. I advise everyone to steer clear of this Bojangles and go to Zaxby's instead!
