They were slow. The manager, a slender black gentleman was rude when I said Where's my second steak egg and cheese sandwich??? and also wanted to argue with me about dumping my picnic fries directly into the bag.They can't use the argument of being understaffed when I saw at least seven to eight employees on staff at 7:30 in the morning I will be hard-pressed to return to this particular location!!

I've been coming to this location once a week for over 5 years now. For periods of time this is a solid 5 star location, but for months at a time they just can't seem to get my order right. Today, for instance, 3 parts of my order were wrong - both drinks, and I got a separate pimento cheese biscuit instead of pimento on my biscuit. The latter was especially frustrating because I tried to correct the guy outside taking my order when he called it in but he insisted that I'd be getting pimento on my biscuit. It's pretty annoying to pay more to get the wrong thing.
