Worst bojanles in Richmond it took and hour to get hot chicken and Fries. Management didn't say anything bunch of children playing around in the store. DO NOT EVER GO HERE

I got breakfast this morning and ordered 2 sausage biscuit combos. The wait wasn’t very long but the “cashier” was not attentive with me at all. He walked away from the counter in the process of me trying to get my payment method together. He didn’t ask if I needed any condiments or anything. I also ordered 2 sweet teas but I wasn’t given those until the manager came out. I just feel as though the cashier was very disrespectful and careless.

The absolutely the WORST location. I don't know they stay in business. How do you run out of chicken??? Then lie and say there's a 6 minute wait but it turns in 20 minutes. And you have four cars pulled waiting for orders. Ridiculous!! If my mother didn't ask for Bojangles I would've went to Popeye's instead. She told me at the speaker oh there's a 5-10 minutes on Dirty Rice so you couldn't tell me at the speaker you were out of chicken until you took my money. This is the kicker, I backed into my parking space. So tell me when she brought my food out why would you go to my passenger side. Common sense goes a long way. Fyi if you're gonna run out of chicken STOP taking orders until you can catch up. It doesn't make sense to keep taking people money and having them wait forever for their orders. Maybe give...
