My husband went this week to pick up a family meal because I was sick, the first strike is the lady taking the order refused to do a half sweet, half unsweet tea; we normally have no problem getting that done at the Mills River location, unfortunately due to lack of employees they close at 3pm. When I finally felt like eating food the rice was mush, no sausage at all and it tastes like straight chicken bouillon. We’ve never had a good experience here, thank God I’m feeling better because I’ll be cooking again. Just stay away from this location.

Went to the Bojangles on Airport Road in Arden NC today and the wait was ridiculous. We waited for 24 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Another family there said they had been waiting for 50 minuets. Orders were getting filled out of order and customers were getting upset over this.
