Just Me
Wow! So many bad reviews. Today was pretty good. Dining room was closed so we did the drive-thru. The chicken was good (not hot but acceptably warm), and the manager was pleasant. Only four stars because they screwed us on the mac & cheese. Should really be 3.5 stars. Lesson learned - check the ENTIRE order before driving away from the window. Remember, if you visit this Bojangles CHECK THE ENTIRE ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW! Don't let them hurry you away. Check it, or you might end up disappointed.Note to owner: When your main competitor - KFC - is within walking distance you really need to strive for perfection. The next time we head out for fried chicken we will see if the KFC can do better.
