Not bad.. not astounding. I ordered the beef pho and it was brought out in a huge bowl, but only filled about 1/4 of the way full. The broth was overly sweet and with way too much black pepper. Not very many noodles or beef. And really overpriced compared to other pho places in Seattle. I get it's a bougie place and maybe pho isn't their specialty.

So I bought one of their banh mi sandwiches .. the tofu one and I ordered it to go... I didn't eat it until I got home. This was one of the WORST sandwiches in all of sandwich history! I also paid for a fried egg to be on top of it which was not there when I opened up the sandwich. On top of that .. the fried tofu was so stale and old that the edges were so sharp that it cut my gums!! A sandwich that makes your gums bleed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no thanks. DON"T EAT HERE. EVER.

We got our ordered appetizer after about 30 minutes - a relatively long wait, but the server apologized and said the kitchen got backed up, had a mix up. Again, I get it, no big deal. But then, another 10, and then 20 minutes went by, and our server bailed completely. Something had clearly gone awry, but instead of apologizing/offering us an explanation/offering drinks/even refilling our waters, he avoided our table (and the other table nearby experiencing the same wait) and didn't make eye contact. 50 minutes in we caught the attention of another server and told her we'd like to check on progress. She said she would check in with...
