October 2019 I used Bomb City Kitchens for my wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, doing a mixed hot and cold hors d’ ouvres set up. Brandon and his team were beyond amazing. Not only was the food impeccable, but his setup and food arrangement was beautiful. They often helped guests, answered questions, cleared plates, etc and helped everything flow with ease. I couldn’t be more thankful for Bomb City and everything they did! Plus, if you are a cheesecake lover, Brandon’s cheesecake will definitely blow your mind. The absolute best cheesecake I have ever had in my life!
