I was really in the mood for tteokbokki and saw that BonChon had it and drove 30min to it. The sauce is not what I expected it to be. It's curdled and almost doesn't taste like a tteokbokki sauce. It seems like the rice cake has been cooked in the sauce for too long they turned into rice porridge. Although the fish & rice cakes are meh, the cheese was generous. Just stick to their fried chicken!
