I love bonefish - I don't love this location. We drove from Charlotte to Nashville and made a pit stop at bonefish. Our waitress was nice and the customer service was there. We typically go to the bonefish in Matthews NC. Unfortunately everything seemed undercooked and soggy. Even my sons Mac n cheese the noodles were shredded, our fish seemed under cooked. Luckily Knoxville has two Bonefish Grills - skip this one and go to the other
