We went for my daughters bday, it was her pick. She loves the Bang Bang shrimp ( which really was amazing) Most of the food was ok. If I went there again,, I would not order Crab cakes or steak. Service was ok.

12/27/21 at 6:30pm I took my family out to dinner for the holidays to Bonefish Grill at the Lehigh Valley Mall. Service was pleasant but my mother's entrée was incorrect when it arrived. My lobster was the smallest proportioned lobster I have ever been served. My steak was supposed to be 7 ounces it was the size of 3 small beef medallions. My meal was lukewarm upon arrival. Market prices don't warrant the entrées temperature or condition. The entire dinner bill was 140+dollars. We didn't get the satisfaction or sustenance from the dinner. The manager neither offered or corrected my problems. I will be contacting corporate management.When I originally made the reservation for this horrible experience they didn't record it on their reservation list. Luckily I called later that day to verify the reservation was made which rectified that problem. Thinking about it though I could have avoided all of this if the reservation would have been ignored like it originally was ignored. I would have rated this visit a zero but it wasn't possible here.
