I looked up "restaurants nearby" and took a hunch that Bonfire Outdoor Charcoal Grill would be a place I would like. I mean, w/ that name how could it go wrong? Well, the hunch was right and it is awesome!! I ordered burnt ends, which they use a combination of beef & pork, so right there... and they were so tender and flavorful. I paired them w/ green beans and fries -- which are fresh cut, so they're hitting all the marks so far, right? And then on my tray is a little cup of what the call Bonfire soup, and it is made w/ bits of all their meat cuttings -- BONUS! I'...
