Horrible Experience. The Ballston location closed at 4pm on a Saturday. The app doesn’t tell you that, so i ordered at 5pm and it got sent via chow now and charged my card. Now I am trying to get my money back and have to try to call the store tomorrow when back open. I’m not able to contact chownow currently. It’s Ridiculous that I have to waste time because this restaurant hasn’t addressed what I assume is a common problem. If your closed the app should tell you and not accept the order and charge your card. A joke and a complete waste of time. Don’t waste your time at the BooeyMonger in Ballston, VA!

Pretty decent and quick place for a bite. My office orders from here a bit and I tried a few sandwiches. Caesar wrap good. Roast beef good. Turkey switch meh. Italian good. Chicken Gyro good.

I just received a $10 gift certificate for Booeymongers and decided to order a quick breakfast and drink this morning at their Arlington location. With my order coming a bit more than $8, I thought I would get change from the order. Even though the bottom of the certificate says something like no change larger than $2 (which means that my over $8 order would be fine), the cashier and manager said that they would not be able to give change and that I would need to use the entire certificate. I really didn't want anything more, but decided to get something additional (a small fresh fruit cup). I needed to pay about $2 extra in addition to the $10 certificate. With the upcoming holiday season, I would not recommend getting their $10 certificates as you need to spend the entire amount for your order -- even though the bottom of the certificate says otherwise.
