Ordered drinks and food, after being here for over an hour. Only drinks comes out and after 30 to 40 minutes pass no food at all, waitress (Roxy) only comes around every 20 or 30 minutes so I asked her Where's my food and she says she forgot to put it in. Even though she wrote down everything I asked for (Double smash burger) and repeated it back to me but some how she forgot to place the order. Keep in mind its Monday and This place is not crowded, but the drinks were decent 1st and last time coming.

Bring cash!!! The bartenders gave themselves a $35 tip after I left without my authorization. My card was charged $45 when my order totaled $10.83.My receipt said $10.83, but somehow my card was charged $45.99. I’ll bring cash if I ever return and you should too!

We had a party of 8. The service was good, but oh God, the food tasted terrible. Each one of us got subpar dishes. All of our fries looked like leftovers (they were burned, soggy, and pretty much looked like dog food.) The Parmesan cheese that was supposed to be on the wings was only sprinkled on top partially.. not even tossed. The only edible thing here was the pretzel. The sweet tea tasted like it was 2-3 days old. I’ve never been so disappointed in food before. The waitress was very patient. I felt bad that we had to return our drink 3 times.. (3 of us ordered the sweet tea). We left hungry because we couldn’t even eat our food...
