Food is average and the service is very poor. We went here for lunch. 3 of the 4 of us got salads. We waited for almost an hour to get our food. The few tables they have outside were occupied but they were empty inside. We did ask our waitress very politely how our food was doing and she had a somewhat rude attitude that they are working on it. If the wait staff was more friendly or polite the unbelievable wait would've seemed so bad. Seems to be just poor management.

I went to Bootleggers in Troy on 5/20/21 and ordered a beer from the waitress. It took her 45 minutes to come back and tell me they don't have Sam Adams Summer Ale. The waitress was surprised that I was upset. She was able to supply beers to customers that came in after me in a timely manner, but not me. I just left. No tip for the waitress with the tiger tattoo.

The service is great I'm always greeted with a smile and no matter how busy it is I never feel forgot about! Having owned a pizzeria for 15 years I'm very picky when it comes to pizza. Their dough is always fresh and they use fresh ingredients so if your looking for a great pie I highly recommend Bootleggers on Broadway.
