Ordered online before Christmas for home delivery. One of the items was a chicken pot pie. Order delivered and when we went through the bag, no chicken pot pie. Called the store and the lady said she personally checked all orders. Wow, I wouldn't admit to being a failure at my job, but she was comfortable doing so. No resolution. Then we checked again and there was no cornbread either. Called back and she hung up on me when I said there was no cornbread either. So I wrote to Boston Market and filled out the online form from the website on the receipt. Included order number, problem and store number. A week late...
