Placed an online order and got a confirmation time. Went to the restaurant at designated time and they were closed. They still processed my payment. Workers at the location who were very polite told me they could not issue a refund in store for an online order. Left feedback on the main website but no response. 800 number never connects to a person. I'm now having to dispute the charge through my bank.

Boston Market has the best rotisserie chicken and variety of sides including the sweet potato casserole. We drive 30-40 minutes across town as it's the only one in our area. Plus they offer many COUPONS online sent to your email as "buy one get one free" meals and money off your bill specials.

NEVER GOING BACK! THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS ORDERS WERE WRONG. ORDERED THE $149.00 GIVEN THE $129.00 MEALS. HALF THE MEALS NOT THERE. SOME OF THE SIDES TASTED BAD. CRANBERRY SAUCE WAS WATERY AND NOT 32 OUNCES, WAS 2 OUNCES. 6TH TIME TRYING TO LEAVE REVIEW. MUCH MORE WAS BAD!!!
