Let me start off my saying, I've ordered here before with no issues. I've walked in the restaurant AND had my orders delivered. But yesterday was a bad experience. Here is my order, and what I DIDN'T receive was the **Add gravy to mashed potatoes and extra ranch. The chicken was supposed to be all dark for the two meat combo AND I didn't get my meatloaf, nor did I receive the Roasted garlic and herb sauce. The attention to detail was a complete fail and my husband was too hungry to complain. I made a few phone calls but the phone just rang so Google Reviews was my only option. Hopefully I can at least get some compensation for the food we paid for and didn't receive (I doubt it).
