I didn't even think they deserved a star . We ordered online and was told our order would be ready by 815pm . After arriving on time we are now advised they ran out of items we ordered and we needed to wait an additional 20 mins for the chicken to be cooked . How do you accept orders for items you don't have especially chicken . Pretty sad . Terrible customer service including offering curbside pickup but when you arrive they don't answer the phone

I will not go in this location anymore. One month before thanksgiving day I ordered the heat and served dinner worth $160.00. Three items was missing 2 pies and the crackers. I called the costumer service and he gave me two options . Filled out the form online and get a refund or go to this location and get the missing items. Since it’s holiday and I’m busy I decided to claim it the week after of thanksgiving. When I arrived the salesperson was sitting on the chair and talking to her celfone so I explained to her what happened. I asked her if I can something what ever is the equivalent of my missing items ( 2 pies, crackers ) She answered me NO and I asked her WHY? . She said because its already a week over. I asked her where is the Manager and it happened she is the Manager. WoW. Is this the way you treat your costumers. I payed all my orders and they don’t give me an items what ever you owed me. I don’t asked for more. I just asked for the equivalent of the missing pies and crackers. I promised my self I will not order in this Boston Marker anymore. And to the Manager is this the way you treat your costumers? . This is unfair. I don’t asked for more I just asked to get what ever I paid off. No more Boston Market for me. And I will spread my experienced to my relatives and friends. To the Manager I will give you a below zero stars. Because for your unprofessional attitudes
