I drive by this place on my way to work and the Pho sign makes me want to stop. I finally did walk over. They serve Vietnamese sandwiches & soup and burritos and tacos.....it is Houston!! Chicken pho was ok, broth was nothing special. I did like that it did not have a lot of noodles, though. Spring rolls looked good. I will say I'm not not tempted to come back and try other items.

Bouray's Pho & Grill is a fantastic lunch spot and I am sad I can't travel. Damn you COVID and 2020!!!!! I don't even live in Houston and I've probably eaten there over 100 times. 1 week x 4 years when traveling there as a consultant (and that's being conservative.) Clearly my number one spot.My absolute favorite was the Bun (vermicelli) combo with chicken/pork and mini egg rolls (in the bowl!). I'd hold the lettuce at the bottom and replace with rice so it didn't get watery. Tons of jalapenos, garlic chili sauce and Thai basil! Plus any other vegetables you want. The owner even started my Vietnamese coffee as soon as I walked in the door since it takes a while to steep.Don't miss an opportunity to eat here or order take out / catering!!! Keep Bouray's open!!!
