My pasta dish came out cold as I was able to stick my finger in it, but they did replace it with a hot and steamy dish.

Regulars to this restaurant and love the food, but apparently the manager cannot get his reservation process under control and doesnt care about fixing it for customers on special occasions. It has happened multiple times and he had no interest in checking up later on us or apologizing.
