Restaurants are in a strange place at the moment. Kitchen standards have dropped tremendously and going out to eat feels risky now.So when you have a dining experience that's pretty mediocre you're just happy to get a hot plate of food.Bravo didn't offend me, but it didn't impress either. Calamari was strangely plated with sauces directly in the bowl. So the product becomes soggy quickly after serving. The calamari was also overcooked (rubbery). Best pork chops in Albuquerque, better than BJ's, marinated/basted/glazed in Hoisin sauce, served with whipped mashed potatoes & delicious grilled green beans. 1-inch thick, however tender & juicy.
