Called ahead on the way to the restaurant to get on the waiting list and was told it was 45 minute wait. Checked it with hostess when I arrived and said 30 minutes. There were open tables, but maybe short staff due to covid. It’s now 2 hours and 10 minutes and still have not been seated.

This place is incredible. Beautiful new building with spacious seating. The food was great and frankly it’s under-priced. We brought our 3 young kids and got truly outstanding service from ALL employees and even the other guests were courteous. Everyone was so accommodating and very nice. Our service was the best we’ve had in a long time. Maybe the best ever with all the kids. The Grinch even made an appearance! What a treat on our cross-country journey! It’s a couple miles off the interstate but worth the stop. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Last Sunday, my wife and I toured several estate sales. Our last one was in Eads, so we decided on a late lunch in the area. We found the Brendalay Grill in Arlington, and I'm glad we did! Great place. The original building burned down a while back, but the new building is bigger and better, per our waitress. The hummus appetizer is homemade and delicious. We both ordered BLTs and shared a huge order of sweet potato fries. Large menu with lots of variety. Would definitely return, especially to try dinner.
