Brewer's Cafe in Richmond

Brewer's rocks, especially in the new location. One thing I'll say is that service can be slow, but I honestly think it's worth it. If you go in, you'll see that employees aren't dashing around haphazardly to churn out orders. The vibe of the entire establishment is calm, and that extends to the employees.

I don’t like places that keep no manager around both times I’ve visited … that’s not a coincidence..the food is nothing special..the tacos were actually disgusting would not recommend… I love the ambiance but then the ordering process is flawed … your using a app u automatically pay … then after waiting 40 minutes for chicken wings they come out and tell us they didn’t notice our order (bad service) … but we got everything else and were ready to go so we say cancel it no problem but no manager around nobody can refund you … you have to leave un-refunded with a promise that a manger will look at it whenever they decide to be there and I actually called and came back and still haven’t been refunded it’s been a month I’ve been back twice for my refund nobody gonna keep coming up there … it’s just bad business over there … literally my experience was exactly why people are reluctant to support black business

I was in the Manchester area and saw some people on the patio of this cafe so I decided to give them an opportunity. The staff was engaging, the quality of my coffee was great and the overall ambiance was inviting. I live between two coffee shops across the Martin Agency but I will regularly start visiting Brewer's cafe. I love supporting local businesses and it's important to provide feedback.
