Took a flight and even bought a flight for some random because sometimes it's just fun to do. Enjoyed the beers on tap and the man behind the bar was out of a beer that he knew we would like so he opened up a bottle from the fridge for us. We enjoyed our stop in and purchased some beer to go. If you are in the area stop in and try some fresh beer. They make the beer in small batches and you can definitely appreciate the time and care they put into every pour.

An authentic English Cider house located on the Central Coast. The place is AWESOME! The Ciders are all absolutely delicious! Local ingredients, and when I say local ingredients I mean actually apples! Don't be fooled by other Cider Houses in the area that use concentrated apple juice. These guys are legit at Bristols!

Bristols cider house is great for many reasons. They have... 1) cider. 2) friendly service that will make you feel comfortable about asking "stupid questions." 3) a great variety of ciders on tap that are a great introduction to people that are cider curious. From unfiltered to added hops to your traditional yeast fermented ones...it will teach you a thing or two. 4) their cider tanks inside of the cider house. 5) a comfortable set up. Board games, couches and of course a bar area. As for the actual cider, well it is alright for being from regionally grown apples. Bristols Cider house is a must visit since it is the only cider spot in the tri-counties (aside from Apiary in Carpinteria). It is very evening oriented rather than a spot you want to go to in the middle of the day, or maybe that is because I like drinking in the evenings more than i do at any other time of day. Hmm...
