Broski Ciderworks is a nice little gem that is hidden on a corner of a commercial plaza. Should have read the other Yelpers saying that the GPS had jokes because we were definitely confused for a little bit. This place was surprisingly empty. I guess that most people don't necessarily want to go out for a hard cider after work when they can go have a beer, but this place is definitely nice. The vibe is more intimate and laid-back, with a Street Fighter 2 cabinet greeting you when you walk in (Note to staff: fix the sticks please? Thanks :D) helping you recreate old game-bar memories. We didn't see the option to have a flight-type sampler immediately but we were happy with our selections. She had a Ramuné (Japanese soda) cider and I had a passion fruit cider (I am a sucker for anything passion fruit as long as it is tart). Mine was a bit too much towards the sweeter side, but tasted good regardless. Hers had that nice carbonated touch that felt fizzier on the mouth as it made contact, which made it more enjoyable. It's a great place, but it's missing something. Maybe board games? A more interactive staff? There was only one person behind the tap and they were only just minding their own business and not attempting to participate in conversation it seemed. I could be down to go back, as it's a niche drink that is good to have in your own backyard.
