If you like poutine, you like stoofvlees. Get the cheese curds. Beer selection was outstanding, we love getting to try interesting imports!

Some spotty service and uneven food is overcome by the excellent selection of regional, classic import and Belgian beer. Much to love, and while Covid may have taken a toll, I have always seen numerous beers I'd immediately want here. The Rockfish and chips are quite delicious, and check out the Belgian bottle list for gems. No TVs and no BS. The place hasn't changed much since 2010, but why would it?More attentive servers and hotter food would be great, but don't shy away from this institution. When the trashy-hazy IPA and blasphemous lactose garbage Gose craze fades, Brouwer's Cafe will remain.
