Bru's Room in Pompano Beach

Never again, Bru's Room Pompano.   Once upon a time you had my business often but after last night, never again.  Servers were super friendly and helpful. No complaints there. However, see attached picture showing an upcharge for literally EVERYTHING. My son ordered tacos and wanted broccoli as a healthy option side - not disclosed but $1 upcharge for veggies. Buffalo chips used to come with Buffalo bru's sauce.  Nope, not anymore.  You want sauce, you pay for it. Cheeseburger. Breakfast burger.  Asked for Mayo, upcharge.   Not sure why I got charged for Mayo AND sauce AND cheese, considering as shown in pic below the cheese comes with it. You ask for wet wings, there's a charge and they weren't wet hardly other than what a normal chicken wing dish anywhere else would be.   Ordered half time dish with mashed potatoes and they came out stiff and not edible.  Surprised I wasn't charged for switching mash out to broccoli.   Burger with a potato instead of fries you get half a potato.  I see the potato is menu listed as half a potato.  My bad for not reading the fine print.  Also up charge for sour cream maybe slightly understandable but not sure why you only get half a potato. That bill pictured below is a huge turnoff with all the nickel and diming  going on.  We will definitely stick to Bokampers and Legends where simple condiments and sauce are built into the menu price.  I'm sure the server was just doing her job by ringing in every single item, but dang - it was definitely not well received by the customer and likely won't be well received by many others.

Nicole should be fired lol. She's a total joke and a cunt. Same with the gm . This place is gross and my girlfriend vomited in front of everyone after not drinking and feeling absolutely fine while all the customers laughed. We went here only because black rock was too packed. Save your money and go to Flanigans if you want to get better service and food. Anyone that works there I feel awful for you for working around nasty ass bar food and managers ...

Highly recommend the Steak and Bleu Wedge Salad! Have only gotten it from delivery twice and it's been amazing both times! Steak cooked medium so it's nicely moist and soft on top of the steak. I appreciate them packaging the steak separately but I do wish it was in a different container as the steak juice ends up in the bag every time.
