Passing through Amarillo and wanted a Texas style roadhouse and a good steak. Simple enough right? Not for Bubba's 33. I guess if you only eat well done then it might be good but the kitchen does not understand medium rare. My wife's burger was good, so were the fries and service was great....so my advice is stick with that! I sent a steak back...in Texas... come on dude!
