A few years back this was a tasty place to eat.now it all tastes like garbage.

I used to like this place pre-pandemic. Now it’s a dump. Went here for dinner tonight and regretted it immediately. Would be nice if the employee greeting you at the front was clean and presentable. It seemed like the cooks put minimal effort into heating pre-made food in the oven. The waiter provided the bare minimum service and kept running away and disappearing. We were given dirty plates and not offered the complementary bread and oil dip. Oh…and no mention of dessert because we were never offered any.

I have been a customer of this chain for more than a decade. I ate at many of locations on the east coast. It was an awesome chain before Planet Hollywood took over. The Albany location is the only one left in NY State. This particular visit, January 15, 2022, the food arrived to the table cold. The long loved meatballs of past visits, arrived to the table lukewarm, heavy and dense. The spaghetti was barely dressed in gravy. The salad was ice cold with soggy tomatoes on it. Yuck. The overall compliment is the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and the service - waitress we had was excellent.
