First time at Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co. and it wasn't all good but definitely not all bad. The Good Berto! Oh wow what a guy. Such a pleasure, he answered all of our questions and just had the most pleasant personality. He was made for this business. The beer was awesome! Most of us girls at the table were not heavy beer drinkers but after a few samples we found some great options including the white buffalo and tropical. We had a few mimosas at the table as well, can't go wrong with a $4 mimosa! The Bad The food wasn't nearly as good as it looked. It was our first time here and we had a pretty large group very early maybe around 12PM. We watched orders get taken out and were very excited about ours, when it did come it was in a very timely manner and looked photo ready, but that's all. I have to start with the Quesadillas. ABSOLUTELY the most greasy thing I have EVER seen. It was not my meal but my nephews and the conversation quickly became about how greasy and unpleasant the quesadillas were until eventually we all realized that none of it was really appetizing. We decided not to complain because at that point... we didn't want anything else. The Ugly I must also add that there was a young woman who obviously worked there I'm not sure if she was a manager but I'm going to assume so by how unpleasant she was being to some of the servers including ours.
