Buffalo Wild Wings in Alexandria

I ordered my dinner and paid online. I get to the pick up time 6:20 pm, today. The team member at the pick up desk was not aware of my order. Apparently no one was when she showed my ticket to the crew that brings the food up front. I was cool about it when I waited back into my car. The team member said, "yes you can wait on your car. Just come back in 10 minutes". I went back inside 10 minutes later to get my order. On my way out I placed my order down to bench at check in, to look at my order was correct. My fries were cold and stale. I'm a manager, I hire people who NEED their job, because they perform best at work. My decision when I saw my fried was to leave this review and never come back. Customers keep good service going on. This place does not deserve my money/time.

I have been to the buffalo wild wings near my area so many times but since I was closer to this location today, I decided to come here when little did i know i would have the worst restaurant experience ever. First we get sat then we see other people who came after us get their drinks and orders taken before us which we would understand maybe there was a host miscommunication  with the server or low staff problem but even after 10 minutes we let the host know that we didnt get a server yet still waited another 20 minutes. A server finally then came to us after 30 minutes to take our order, waited 40 minutes to get drinks, then one hour to get our food. I never had an experience like this at the BWW by my area. We didn't even mind the wait too much and our server seemed nice but what bothered us was the male manager who was working today july 22nd. He should be fired because when we asked to speak to him about our experience, he already seemed mad and did not seem to care at all about our experience. We asked if we could get any sort of discount or BWW credit incase we wanna come back because we like the food and will for sure go back to BWW but definitely never again to this one. He just k...
