I’m editing my first terrible review, because yet again BWW has been a disappointment. Our online order was inedible, I mean, $47 dollars of food we literally tossed out. I’m appalled. I’ve contacted the company off their website, and have still yet to receive a response. I’d like my $$ back after tossing out the inedible sauceless-dry chicken and the like 7 onion rings that supposedly made up a large. What ever happened to good customer service?

Our waitress was amazing and the only reason I'd go back. The wings were really dry....

Choose a different location than the one in Lehi. I texted in to let them know I was there and waited 30 minutes. No one would answer the phone. When I walked in I saw three teenagers gathered around just chit chatting. I spoke with the manager and she gave me an expired 20% off coupon and told me I would get a refund which to this day a month later I still haven’t gotten. I’ve never been so disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings.
