Ok food, longish wait, kinda pricey

Horrible service. We have been loyal customers for years. Today that changed. Our last visit. We placed orders waited 30 mins for queso and chips waited another 30 minutes for our wings and asked bartender to check on order. Waited another 10 minutes watching him not check on order and asked again. His response was that he had not checked and didn’t know where order was. Talked to manager who we had many friendly conversations with previously and she was too busy to get off phone to actually talk with us. I do understand that they were having computer problems… but to blow off customers is another thing . It’s called being courteous. We will be going elsewhere.

This place is filthy . Staff subpar. Our server was alright . The restrooms super dirty grim around sinks toilets bad and smell of sewage . The place was empty on a Monday night that should have been an indicator it was bad . The good ? the spiked football cocktail was great good for the bar tender also the water and Pepsi others ordered was good . The food was the usual as it's all pre made frozen fried food .
