I ordered via their website with a delivery time of 7:30 for tonight - its now 8:30 and the door dash driver that delivers for them said they forgot to even start my ticket.He said he has made 2 deliveries in the meantime and they still didn't even realize they didn't figure out they didn't even have my order started.I wonder why they even bother to take online orders if they are going to handle this poorly - ive even tried to call their restaurant but the phones are off.Embarrassing is the least i can say.

The worst customer service ever. First we sat for about 15 minutes before anyone greeted us or got drinks. They then took our order which included appetizers. We watched people come after us and get food. We still had nothing. No one came to check in with us, nothing. So I went to manager after waiting an additional 15 mins to express my concern. She stated she would check on the status of our order. She did not come back by the time we just got up and left. Freaking ridiculous! My.second time at this location and I will never return.. probably to any other Buffalo wild wings.

I order Bww a fair amount from this location. It has consistently disappointed, but this time was the last straw. I always get my order 10 minutes or later after the pickup time, but today I was waiting for 20 minutes before getting my food. I don't have much time on my lunch break, so this is a huge problem. My order was also wrong, giving me bone-in wings rather than boneless wings. In addition to this, the fries I received were not fresh and somewhat cold.This has been a consistent problem at this location for the past few months. I will not be ordering from this location again.
