I’ve been to two other BWW’s and the service and experience in both of them was absolutely awful. However, this location is amazing. The waiters are always timely, the food doesn’t take 5 years to come out, and the place feels clean. Will definitely come back. This place was a complete 180 from the other locations I’ve been at.

Very disappointed, I dine in at Buffalo Wild Wings very often, but tonight I felt very offended, I order food to dine in, but for some reason the COOK IN THE KITCHEN decided on his own that I wanted my chicken wings fried hard, I definitely don't eat my chicken wings fried hard!!I also requested chicken wings to go and I specifically ask my waitress to ask the cook in the kitchen not to fry the wings hard this time, well guess what?? I guess the COOK DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT, because the chicken wings for definitely FRIED HARD.My waitress was great and very attentive, I will definitely give her a five-star, but the cook in the kitchen needs to learn that customer's really do matter.
