You can't take a drink outside, you can't take a drink in a waiting area, you must sit in the drinking area or at your table, you can't open a tab I am from Savannah GA so we can walk down the street with a drink. Maybe I am spoiled but this is trash. Hope the food makes up for it.

Was there for 25 min before drinks got ordered.. Our first waitress never got our food order, when she finally brought us our drinks, I tried to order an appetizer and she just walked away rudely. After 40 minutes, a whole other waitress came and took our order. It then took another 35 minutes for our food to be served while the other party's were leaving. There was only me and my wife. 5 partys got seated after us and got order taken and food before us. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERONCE EVER for a b dubs.. Would not recommend

Came here with my boyfriend and our friends, and I've never been more disappointed with a Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was horrible, all four of us drank all of our water, and it was 15 minutes before we got refills. Keep in mind, it wasn't a busy night either. The music was on 100, and we're young so typically it wouldn't have bothered us, but it was over the top tonight. The teriyaki wings tasted like dish soap, and our waitress came and checked on us a total of two times the whole night. The waitress was too worried about flirting with the middle aged men sitting in front of us to take care of my table. Overall the staff was rude and the experience was bad.
