Horrible service. They were severely understaffed, yet they took around 300 orders. The line was ginormous and I had to wait for an hour and a half which was actually really lucky considering some people had been there for 4 or more hours. The food was disappointing. The order was wrong. The burger pattys were unseasoned and one of the burgers didn’t even have cheese even though it literally had cheese in the name. The wings were drier than turkey and barely had any bbq sauce. The blue cheese dressing that I ordered wasn’t even there. I also ordered carrots and celery but that also didn’t come. Worst buffalo wild wings ever!!They definitely need a floor manager!And employees!!Employees either are chilling doing nothing or not even there.One servant seemed like she is alone on the floor told us to give her a sec and forgot about us! She seemed tiered and over worked! We waited a good 20 min standing between the tables. And saw her taking other customers from the door to seat them.Was shocked that BWW can have such a bad service!!
