Huge disappointment. My pregnant wife sent me out to pick up Buffalo Wild Wings, since she had been craving it. It was our first time trying this location. Absolutely terrible. The service wasn’t friendly, even though I tipped on takeout. The food was cold, dry and nearly inedible. Not one of us finished our food. I can’t imagine how the food could’ve been worse. Even the carrots and celery were clearly old. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money, go to one of the local wing spots. The kind of place that actually cares about their customers. ETA: They contacted me to offer me 1750 reward points, which is enough for an avocado burger. So they think the right thing to do, when they give a customer three inedible meals, is to offer them a free burger. Patron a local wing place. This place is terrible.

I received my order and it was very cold. Now mind you, I don’t live far from the restaurant. Brandon the manager had the audacity to get upset with me Bc I was yelling. It’s 10:30pm and it’s late! I never cursed him or called him any names. I had every right to be upset. Not to mention, they let me order cake but told me when I called, they were out of cake. He then told me to take it up with door dash.
