First time at bww. Place was almost empty when lady on the phone said it was super busy and urged us not to come. We ordered food at 7:20 and have been waiting for over an hour. We had reminded the staff and told them our order number. They always said it was next up but still hasn’t come

If I could give Buffalo Wild Wings zero stars I would! I made a reservation online and showed up to the restaurant. I was greeted by the host who said they would not honor the reservation because it is a “fault” in their system and on the website. This is the most pathetic sports bar and grill ever.

I feel really bad for the single employee in the entrance and the single bartender. Their patience is truly incredible. They have to deal with EVERYONE in the restaurant because the cheap owners decided to get rid of waiters and waitresses, or maybe they refuse to pay a living wage so they can't find anyone to work as server.
